SMS Messaging Program

REPLACE operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with customers regarding appointments, service updates, promotional offers, review requests, and general business communications. By opting in to our SMS program — whether through our intake form, verbally, or by initiating contact with us — you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from us at the mobile number you provided.

Types of messages you may receive include:

- Appointment reminders and confirmations

- Post-visit follow-ups and review requests

- Reactivation and win-back messages

- Missed call notifications and responses

- Promotional offers and service announcements

- General business communications

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from REPLACE in the following ways:

- By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our customer intake form

- By verbally consenting when booking an appointment in person or by phone

- By texting us directly and initiating a conversation

By opting in you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are 18 years of age or older. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity, appointment schedule, and our communication calendar. You may receive multiple messages per month. We will not send excessive or unnecessary messages and aim to contact you only when it is relevant and helpful to your experience with our business. Typical message frequency is between 2 and 8 messages per month depending on your activity level and the services you use.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received through our program. These charges are determined solely by your mobile carrier and your service plan. REPLACE is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier as a result of SMS communications. If you are unsure about your carrier's rates, please contact your mobile service provider before opting in.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from REPLACE at any time using any of the following methods:

- Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us

- Contact us directly by phone or email and request to be removed from our SMS list upon receiving your opt out request we will send you a final confirmation message and immediately remove your number from our active messaging list. You will not receive any further SMS messages from us after your opt out is confirmed.

To re-subscribe at any time, reply START or contact us directly. Please note that even after opting out, we may retain your phone number on a suppression list to ensure you are not contacted again in the future.

How to Get Help

If you need assistance with our SMS program or have questions about the messages you are receiving, you can get help in the following ways:

Supported Carriers

Our SMS messaging program is supported by all major US mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Support may vary for smaller regional carriers. REPLACE and its SMS platform provider are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network outages, or circumstances outside of our control.

Privacy and Data Use

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your mobile phone number solely to send you the types of messages described in these Terms of Service. We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By opting in to our SMS program you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Consent and Agreement

By providing your mobile phone number to REPLACE and opting in to receive SMS communications, you confirm the following:

-You are the authorized account holder or have permission from the account holder to use the mobile number provided

-You are 18 years of age or older

-You have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy

-You understand that message and data rates may apply

-You understand that consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service

-You understand that you may opt out at any time by replying STOP and Your continued receipt of SMS messages from us constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

REPLACE makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the SMS messaging program including but not limited to the reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of messages delivered. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, REPLACE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to receive our SMS communications, including damages resulting from carrier delays, message delivery failures, or network outages.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in our business practices, applicable laws, or the services we provide. When changes are made we will update this page with the revised terms. Your continued receipt of SMS messages after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these Terms of Service periodically to stay informed about the terms that govern our SMS communications. If we make any material changes that significantly affect your rights or the nature of our SMS program, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly via SMS or other means.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which REPLACE operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
